Demoing a new way to receive e-mail updates

I originally put Blogarithm on the sidebar, but I found that it doesn't provide you with any information about new blog posts, just that they exist. If you set a up a blogarithm notification, it should still work.

I've now added a new service from Feedburner and Feedblitz. It should provide feed contents by daily e-mail so we'll see how it goes.

Overnight I got 30 spam comments in my other blogs so I've added word verification for comments here. Sorry, but I think it was necessary.
